10. Player Development Philosophy
All training and coaching decisions align with our core values:
Accomplishment
Teamwork
Leadership
Accountability
Success
We focus on long-term development — technical, tactical, physical, and emotional — in a structured, positive environment.
11. Refund Policy
We're truly dedicated to delivering a high-quality, fun, and developmental soccer experience for every player who joins us. We plan carefully—securing fields, coaches, equipment, jerseys, and program spots well in advance—so we can focus on what matters most: helping your child grow as a player and enjoy the beautiful game.Because of these upfront commitments and costs, our policy is that all program fees—including registration, league fees, jersey purchases, and any other related program charges—are non-refundable and non-transferable. This helps us maintain the stability and quality of our programs for all families involved. We know life can bring unexpected changes, so we always encourage parents to review the full program details, schedule, and expectations carefully before registering. That way, you're confident it's the right fit for your family.
