The Atlas Academy is ideal for players who:

This is the next step after Pre-Academy, or for players already demonstrating readiness for competitive play.

Academy fees include:

  • 15 weeks of professional coaching

  • Player evaluations

Team Formation

Academy teams are formed exclusively by Atlas Player Development Staff, based on:

  • Technical ability

  • Tactical understanding

  • Work rate

  • Coachability

  • Attitude and character

  • Positional strengths

  • Age group needs

We prioritize balanced, competitive teams where every player can grow and contribute.

Uniforms

Cost: $250 (+tax & shipping) one-time uniform purchase required for new players (NOT included in registration fee). All Academy players must purchase the official Academy Uniform Kit.

Uniform Kit Includes:

  • Home Jersey

  • Away Jersey

  • Game Shorts

  • Game Socks

  • Training Jersey

  • PreGame/Cold Weather Jacket

Notes:

  • Uniforms remain valid for the entire uniform cycle (till Spring 2028)

  • Current Uniform Cycle:

    • Year 1: Spring 2026, Fall 2026, Spring 2027

    • Year 2: Fall 2027, Spring 2028

Training

Training Sessions

Academy players train twice per week, following a structured, progression-based curriculum focusing on:

  • Technical mastery

  • First touch, dribbling, passing, finishing

  • Small-sided decision-making

  • Tactical shape & game understanding

  • Movement on and off the ball

  • Movement on and off theYouth-appropriate physical conditioning ball

  • Game awareness

  • Mental resilience

  • Leadership and communication

Training Format

  • 2 sessions per week

  • 80 minutes per session

  • Led by licensed, professional coaches

Games & League Play

Atlas Academy teams compete in local competitive league play, providing:

  • Weekend matches

  • Professional coaching on the sidelines

  • A challenging, development-focused environment

  • Emphasis on teamwork, game intelligence, and positive mindset

  • No long-distance travel

Families enjoy a consistent, convenient schedule while players compete at an elevated level.

Birth years for Spring 2026

U8 through U13 players born between 2013 and 2018 are invited to try out. The program expands each year—U14 in 2027, U15 in 2028, and beyond. Your child never ages out of Atlas.
