Terms and Conditions for Atlas Soccer Academy

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atlas Soccer Academy website (www.atlassoccer.com), online registration platforms (including PlayMetrics), and participation in our programs. By accessing the site, registering, or participating, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent/guardian registering a minor, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

‍Atlas Soccer Academy is a youth soccer club in Sugar Land, Texas, providing recreational, pre-academy, competitive, camp, and training programs for ages 4–19 (boys and girls). Licensed coaches deliver skill development in a positive environment. Details are on our website and subject to change.

‍2. Website Use and Accounts
‍You must be at least 18 or a parent/guardian to create accounts or register. You are responsible for accurate information and keeping credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

‍3. Registration, Payments, and Refunds
‍Registration occurs via our website or approved platforms. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our separate Club Policies (e.g., medical cancellations). All payments are processed securely. Late fees or uniform costs may apply.

‍4. Code of Conduct and Participation
‍Players, parents, and spectators must follow our Code of Conduct (available on the website or at registration). Violations may result in removal from programs without refund. We promote respect, sportsmanship, and safety.

‍5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
‍Soccer involves inherent risks of injury, including serious bodily harm. By participating, you (and your child) voluntarily assume all risks. You release Atlas Soccer Academy, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct. Parents must sign separate waiver forms where required.

‍6. Photo and Video ReleaseWe may photograph or record players during activities for promotional use (website, social media, marketing). By registering, you grant us irrevocable permission to use such media without compensation. You may opt out in writing.

‍7. Intellectual Property
‍All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by Atlas Soccer Academy or licensed. You may not copy or use it commercially without permission.

‍8. SMS/Text Messaging Program
‍By providing your mobile number and consenting during registration or subscription, you join the Atlas Soccer Academy Messaging Program. You agree to receive recurring SMS messages about schedules, game updates, tryouts, cancellations, reminders, and occasional promotions.Mandatory Disclosures (per industry standards):Message and data rates may apply.Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 messages per month, depending on season and your program).To opt out, reply STOP at any time.For help, reply HELP or contact us via the contact US page on the website. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.Consent is voluntary and not required for program participation.
